1. Scope of Application & Commitment

By using services provided by TNK, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to TNK’s Privacy Policy and commits to fully complying with regulations regarding information security in accordance with the prevailing laws of Vietnam.

2. Definition of “Information”

“Information” is defined as all data and documents provided or uploaded by the Customer. This information includes: contact details (full name, address, phone number, email), financial information, order content, operational data, and customer data—all of which are owned by the Customer—as well as electronic data generated during the use of the service.

3. Data Ownership and Control

All data is the property of the Customer. TNK has no right to transfer, lease, or unlawfully use such data. The Customer retains full rights to access, control, and export their data, as well as to request its deletion at any time.

4. Scope of collection and storage methods

  • Data is collected lawfully and only with the customer’s consent.
  • Data is stored on TNK’s internal server system and is not stored on external access devices.
  • All customer data is securely stored and regularly backed up to prevent the loss of important customer information.
  • Location data is collected to facilitate the client’s management operations; TNK does not use or exploit this data.

5. Purpose of data use

TNK uses customer information solely to improve service quality and enhance the user experience. We commit not to use this data for unfair commercial competition or for any purpose other than those explicitly stated.

6. Sharing with third parties

  • TNK commits not to share, sell, or lease data to any third party without the Customer’s consent.
    In cases where collaboration with partners is required to provide related services (such as maintenance, hosting, VPS, email, etc.), TNK will only share data to the extent necessary and will require partners to adhere to equivalent confidentiality obligations.

7. Legally required disclosure

  • If requested by a competent authority under Vietnamese law, TNK may provide customer data but will provide prior notification if permitted by law.
  • TNK may also share data for legal purposes, such as debt collection, fraud handling, or protecting the rights and interests of TNK and its customers. In such instances, customers agree to release TNK from all liability, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Data Backup & Recovery

  • TNK performs periodic data backups and storage to ensure continuity and security.
  • In the event that data is deleted accidentally or due to an exceptional circumstance, TNK will consult with the client to determine an appropriate course of action that is satisfactory to both parties.

9. Data deletion and return upon service termination

  • Upon termination of the service contract, the customer has up to 30 days to access their account and export data.
  • After that period, TNK will proceed to delete all data and will not retain any copies. All data residing on TNK’s systems will be completely destroyed in accordance with security procedures.

10. Rights and obligations of the customer

  • Customers must provide accurate information and comply with legal regulations.
  • Customers have the right to request that TNK update, correct, export, or delete their data.
  • Obligated to safeguard the confidentiality of account login credentials (username/password).
